How to add multiple IPTV servers to Lit IPTV
Lit IPTV Pro lets you keep up to three Xtream Codes servers signed in at the same time and merges them into one library: one home screen, one search, one Continue Watching row, with every title badged by the server it came from. You add servers once, on any device, and they sync to every other device you are signed into. This guide shows exactly where the option lives on each platform. Lit IPTV is a player only; the servers are the subscriptions you already have from your own providers.
Before you start
You need Lit IPTV Pro (the 7-day trial counts), the app updated to the current version on the device you are using, and the URL, username and password for each Xtream Codes server you want to add. Sign in to Lit IPTV with your account (Google, Apple or email) rather than only entering server details, because it is your account that carries the servers between devices. You can add servers on one device and they appear everywhere else within a few seconds.
iPhone and iPad
Open Lit IPTV and tap Me in the bottom bar, then Servers & Playlists. Tap Add server, enter the server URL, username and password, and tap Save. The app validates the login and then indexes that server's channels, movies and series in the background; you can keep using the app while it runs. Repeat for a third server if you have one. Back on Live TV, Movies and TV Shows you will see S1, S2 and S3 buttons at the top: tap one to view a single server, or leave all selected to browse the merged library.
Mac
The Mac app uses the same layout as iPhone, with the menu down the left side instead of a bottom bar. Click Settings in the sidebar, then Servers & Playlists, then Add server. Enter the details and click Save. Once the server has indexed, the S1, S2 and S3 switches appear at the top of Live TV, Movies and TV Shows. Servers you add on the Mac sync to your phone, tablet and TVs automatically.
Android phones and tablets
The steps are identical to iPhone: Me, then Servers & Playlists, then Add server. Enter the URL, username and password and tap Save. If you installed Lit IPTV from an APK rather than the Play Store, the option is still there; only the purchase of Pro has to happen through the Play Store version or on another device signed into the same account.
Android TV, Google TV and Fire TV
On the TV app, go to Settings from the left menu, then Advanced, then Xtream Accounts. Choose Add account and enter the server URL, username and password with the remote, or, far easier, add the server on your phone first and simply sign in on the TV with the same Lit IPTV account: the servers arrive with it. The TV lists every saved account; the active one is marked, and Live TV, Movies and TV Shows carry the same S1, S2 and S3 switches for browsing one server or all of them. Fire TV runs the same app as Android TV, so the path is the same.
Apple TV
Open Settings from the top menu, then Servers. Select Add server and enter the details, or sign in with your Lit IPTV account and let the servers you added elsewhere sync across. The Servers screen shows everything saved to your account and lets you set which one is the default for playback; the library itself is merged, and the All servers view shows the combined catalogue.
How the merged library behaves
Search covers every server at once. Favourites, custom channel lists and Continue Watching span all of them, and each title shows a small badge naming its server. The TV guide combines the EPG from each server, and catch-up and replay work per server according to what that provider supports. If one provider goes down, the others keep playing. Removing a server from any device removes it from your account, so it disappears everywhere; your subscription with that provider is not affected.
Limits and tips
The cap is three servers per account. If you hit it, remove one before adding another. Indexing a very large server can take a minute or two on first add, so let it finish before judging the results. If a server shows as unreachable, check the URL includes the port (for example http://server.example.com:8080) and that the same details work in your provider's own portal. M3U playlists are separate from Xtream servers and are managed on the same Servers & Playlists screen.
